Hi there—I'm so glad you're here.
If you’ve landed on this page, chances are your little one isn’t sleeping well… which means you’re not sleeping either. And that kind of exhaustion? It touches everything. Your mood, your patience, your confidence—it can be a lot.
Take a deep breath. You’re in the right place. I’m here to help you turn those long, exhausting nights into peaceful, restful ones. 💛
I’ve always been someone who values sleep. I’m definitely a morning person, and when the clock strikes 10:00pm, I think “oh! It’s late, time for bed!” and I am upstairs. Most evenings, you’ll find me curled up on the couch with my husband, soaking in that calm after bedtime—the kind that comes from knowing the kids are tucked in and sleeping soundly until morning.
But it wasn’t always this way.
********
In September 2020, when my daughter was just two months old, our world turned upside down; we learned she had ALCAPA, a rare congenital heart defect (CHD). She needed emergency open-heart surgery and spent nearly three months in the hospital fighting for her life.
It was the most terrifying, overwhelming time of my life.
When we finally brought her home, she was rarely fussy, happy, easy going, and so full of light, despite everything she’d been through. So when she’d wake in the middle of the night with this loud screaming cry, panic would set in. Was she in pain? Was something wrong with her heart again?
So, I get it. I know the anxiety and frustration that comes with crying and the challenge of getting through the day with little to no sleep. I had physical and emotional PTSD and it was overwhelming and scary and I felt helpless. I'd stay up just watching the monitor to make sure she was breathing.
Turned out she was now just a normal 6 month old who needed to learn better sleep habits. She wasn’t hurt—she was just being a normal baby. But by then, I was running on empty, physically and emotionally. The anxiety, the exhaustion, the fear… it was overwhelming.
So I did what so many parents do—I searched for answers. I read the books. I tried the strategies. I learned everything I could about infant sleep. And things started to change.
As my daughter began sleeping better, everything got better.
Our stress decreased. My mental health improved. I felt more confident as a new mom. My husband and I finally had the energy to reconnect, and our daughter began to hit more developmental milestones and stopped waking overnight.
That’s when it clicked:
Sleep isn’t just sleep—it’s the foundation for everything.
At the time, returning to my corporate career with a high-risk child didn’t feel like an option. But I’ve always had a passion for helping others—and when I saw how life-changing healthy sleep could be, I knew I had found my purpose.
Now, I help families just like yours cut through the noise, ditch the overwhelm, and find a sleep solution that actually works—for your child and your family.
Because I’ve been there.
I know the fear.
I know the exhaustion.
And I know how life-changing it is to finally get a full night of sleep again.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. I’ve got you. 💛
